Dj Youngy (Real Name Paul Young) grew up in a small town in the yorkshiredales. It all started back in 1997 when he got his hands on a old zone tape with the sounds of 1992 piano house and that was it… soon he was hooked on house music, after few years collecting mixed tapes from events such as Ark , Bowlers , Zone , Angels , Fantazia and many more.2001 – started learning the art of beatmixing playing all the classics (he had collectedmainly italian house and uk acid house) 2002 – started djing at house partys mixingup the italian house with funky house to keep it fresh…..2004 – entered in to a dj competition coming joint first, this opened doors for him to playout to people in a club, then went on to playing raves and clubs in yorkshire , west midlands and london.2009 – gained a residency at ‘’Love Of Life’’ (north wales house event ) were he has played for the last 7 years side to side with djs, such asCream legend Paul Bleasdale ,John Kelly (Gatecrasher-Cream)Dj Vertigo (Bowlers & Fantazia) plus local djs Neilc and Carl Jones.Over the next 7 years paul went on to producing music for Jambalay Records (italy), House Trax Recordsand Groove Records with over 10 releases ranging from Deep House to Techno2012 – launched the Deepmob Project producing 90’s sounding house witha fresh touch to it 2016 – was asked to play a set on Drystone Radio local radio for the northern freetown show,playing a classic warehouse set,after that he was offered a weekly show and the Drystone Radio Essential Mix ,every Friday offering the best in classic and new house – techno and trance he can read a crowd and knows when to drop the big anthems
